Skunk2 plenium spacer

I was reading import 2nr today and say an article on this plenium spacer supposed to add 10-10+ HP. They said it is for the 350 and g35, was just wondering if these may fit our cars. It just looks like an extra thick gasket.

for the z and g is the only application. the reason being is that the runners at the back of the intake manifold doesn't get too much airflow so if you install this, the runner will lift just a bit. enough to get more airflow into the lower intake manifold and equilize the airflow between all the runners. for our type of setup the intake manifold is not restricted by height. is restricted by being a rough surface so we will only gain from polishing or extrude honing. there are no other options.

Is it a spacer for installing between the upper and lower IM? Or is it a spacer for installing between the two halves of the 350Z plenum? If it's the latter, it won't work on our engines.

yeah but would it be possible to have one custom made for the VQ30 and 35 Maximas? Don't we have someone on here who can fabricate it?

A company looked into making a new headgasket and it turned out to make little or no power. I wonder if the case is the same for this application..

Outlaw Engineering was going to make thicker gaskets and spacers for our IM and TB. I took my car to the guy's house and he measured a few things, including temperatures between the upper and lower plenums. The end conclusion was that it wasn't necessary... that the gains are beneficial for cars that come with tiny thin metal gaskets.
