questions need some answers

My trans has taken the turn for the worse. Looking to order an 01 5-speed maxima trans. Also im going with a fid. flywheel with a good stage 1 clutch. Thinking about getting a new knock sensor and also replacing my fuel pump with a warbro ( sorry if it's spelled wrong). Im going to be all motor for now, Will that fuel pump be better than stock? for now im going to be all motor, hopefully summer time ill be supercharged.

things that are going to be done:

-fuel pump (warbro)
-fuel filter (oem)
-Knock sensor (oem)
-01 maxima trans
-Aluminum flywheel (Fid)
-Any good stage 1 clutch
-Rear main seal

ECU will come whenever I decide to supercharge... My question is will all this free up some power? Clutch slipping, Trans bearings screaming, Fuel pump making some noises... I hope that after all this I get back to where I was or better before I do force induction.

Changing the fuel filter, trans and clutch should help. As for the knock sensor, you should check for ghost codes and test it first so your not wasting money on replacing something you dont have to. If your pump is making funny noises then I would replace it with a Walbro 255hp since you plan to boost later and get a AFPR so you can lower your base fuel pressure to stock. I suggest not replacing the rear main seal unless its leaking bad, I replaced mine more then once and it was a b!tch because it was difficult to get it seated correctly.

No. Unless your previous KS was bad. I'm not going to go over the rest of the post.

Oh yeah, and how is any of this all motor related? Internal work and engine swaps are what this forum is about. Your post is about basic maintenance and general questions.
