Vq35

Not 100% to do with Maximas but kinda. I'm thinking of doing a VQ35 swap in my 98 max. my question is do 350z's have VQ35's?

yes....... I think they pack the 280hp ones..

They do have a VQ35, hence the name "350Z" instead of the old 3.0 liter "300zx's" or the old 2.8 litre "280Z", you get the idea. The 3.5 from the Z won't bolt in a Maxima like the 3.5 in an Altima or Maxima though. The 3.5 from the 350Z or G35 is set up for a RWD car.
