I'm shocked on how clean it is, it looks the same as installed.
I think the EGR block off helped 100%

Did you notice any losses in gas mileage from blocking off the EGR?

No not really, never put more than a 1/4 tank of gas.

I did all my mods at one time. So the before and after gains would be huge. If somone has pics of stock 3.0 heads to compare that would be great. As far as I can remember it was a huge difference.

Alright...so...have you just not taken notice, or have you actually calculated and know that it's not made a noticeable difference? I don't mean to nit-pick or sound snotty, it's just that my car is a daily driver and I have several reasons for wanting to eliminate EGR. However, if it's going to reduce my gas mileage by atleast 1 MPG, I'm not going to remove it.

Sorry I thaught you would know that it was a weekend car.

I never really noticed any increase in millage it was actually worse. My car wasn't a daily driver, from local meets and back home. I was also using
1/4 > 110* mix with the pedal to the floor.

The only thing I know is that the EGR block off made the TB to IM all the way down spotless.
Oh and it made my car run a little richer than usual at idle. Which would indicate an increase in chamber temps. Because The EGR is designed to cut down on Nox, helps cool down the combustion chamber by recirculating exhuast gases. So with the added octane level I was running way less rich at idle.

Without PCV and EGR there is nothing at all to make it dirty except for the extremely low amount of dirt that gets by the filter.

I did it myself took me 63hrs about 3days. Never had it bench tested I couldn't afford to do it. I did the work at my friends machine shop according to them I did one heck of a job but all credits go to Jim he helped me through the whole job. I have no idea how much more power it gave me since I did the whole job all at once.
Since then broke the Auto tranny first, 5spd in broke brand new driver side axle "snap", blew synchros and reverse while doing a test launch on
100* shot spray in 2nd then I called it quits... FWD sucks........

FWD sucks only as much as the tires you're using.

The 4thgen tranny I had really sucked, I mean when I launch a car and go through gears I'm really banging it hard that's just how I drive. I can't help it but when the adrenaline is kicking in you can't help but give it all she's got. The best time I had was that same day I blew the tranny I killed a 12sec supercharged Fox body with 100*shot and on 18" Khumo Ecsta's by half a car length and two car length on the second run. That night I was getting ready for Morroso Drag strip for the coming up Wed and put on the M/T slicks that I borrowed from a buddy. First test launch without NOS second with and that's all she wrote. I Honestly had fun but my pockets just got completely empty.

Now that I remember I did have mad Wheel Hop, I should have invested in the JBARS. I used the Heavy Duty Tie Wraps from Home Depot about 5 each side helped a little bit. When it accrues I usually feather the clutch in that relieves some of the jerkiness then quickly pop it in, whatever that means. But it did help some bit. I think when I was going into second I let off too hard and banged it into gear. I knew it before that split second something was going to give.

FWD still sucks no matter how good a tires you use. You use slicks and you can't turn. You use R compounds and you can't launch but you can turn like the devil.

Check out the ACT clutch.
And they say it can handle 360 ft lbs
Nah it held up nice but I did throw a couple shots of spray at it, I would say prob close to 300whp+

That's why most people use slicks only at the dragstrip.

Nitrous = very very violent. A VQ35 + a 100 shot is certainly putting down more than 300fwtq. More like 350 at the wheels. Nitrous dynos look like that, all tq.

You should have gone clutchnet.

Has anyone seen worse? I mean this is all in a couple of days.
The shop I went to said this was an example of extreme Heat build up which I indicated circled in red...
