apexi power FC
has anybody tried the apexi power FC? how is it? how does it stack up with other management systems out there? would it be able to alter our IG timing?
As far as i know the POWER FC is application specific, i.e. 2jz, renesis b13 rotary, SR20, SW20, VG30DETT
but there is one developed for the 350z VQ35DE, but it uses different crank/cam sensors, so..... making it work on a vq30 or vq35 maxima/altima fwd would be very difficult, plus it also costs in the AEM standalone engine management range (~$1K)
I also hear to tune the PowerFC is difficult, but they have default maps for each particular engine, so you have a base to work from.
for practicality and compatibility everybody is using the S/Vafc2 or Emanage
