Hey guys i just got the VAFC2 from another org member and was just wondering if there is any diagrams or instructions for intalling this. I searched and found on on a 2k2 max but the 4th gen ecu is different. I see that i can use some of the information on jimies install diagram but i dono where that is, just read what wires are what from the other thread. Any information is appreciated. If there is anyone in my area that wants to help let me know ill throw you some bucks.

http://jime.homeip.net/S-AFCII4thGen.html this should help alil bit.also you wont use the knock sensor.if that doesnt help use a fsm and the manual for the vafc2.apexi has one online if you dont have the paper one.

 

pardon my ignorance, but why did u choose the vafc over the safc2? are u using the VTEC cam profile changover function for something?

 

I believe the main reasons are that you can use the RPM switch to activate the VIAS and the VAFC II has 24 tunable points at 100 rpm increments over the 12 tunable points of the SAFC II.
