2k2 VI control options

From some reading i did, and im pretty sure it was (Meximax? )that posted the initial thread, about leaving the 02 Vi open from 0-4k closed till 5.5ish then open back up. What is going to be the most cost effective way to control the VI? is all im getting at.

Emanage would be simple but expensive, however having two window switches would do the same thing and very cheaply.

You don't need two RPM switches....

The MSD 8969 has a normally closed wire also, which "will remove the ground source at your desired ON rpm and complete the ground circuit at the set OFF rpm.".

I've seen these around in Classifieds for $70ish.

Also, if you have the older "pill" version RPM switch, you just add a relay to do the same thing.

Wouldnt leaving it open just cause a tremendous loss of low end tq? Ive heard its not worth doing because of that reason.
