I'm pretty sure he is getting an S1x and dropping his engine in there with a Z33 6spd.

Except they're RWD and you can put a sweet turbo engine in it or put in a VQ like broaner did.

Thats what Im doing. Ive been driving my s13 around and it kicks ***. FWD is fun to a point, then you run into traction problems. Im also putting in a stand alone engine management so I can fully tune my engine. (megasquirt btw) I cant wait to drive it with the VQ in it..

Yep. Both engines are in my garage next to one another right now.

The Z33 trans ('05) is in my garage, too.

Well they're rare as hell around here. And civics don't have IRS and RWD. The plan is to keep the interior but remove as much weight as possible.

I'll miss my car for sure, but this one will be alot more fun to drive and in the end that's all that maters. I chose between going with boost and keeping the car or staying N/A and getting the most out of every HP. And I think the 240 with the Z33 trans and a strong differential/axles will be alot more reliable than my car would've been with a Roots SC setup and the stock 5-speed, and will be easier to get traction.

It's a VK45DE, not a VQ45DE.
