VQ35DE piston bore

VQ35DE piston bore
I am doing a 3.5 swap on my 4th gen and am thinking about building the motor, but i have a couple questions about the bore. Arias sells a piston that is 95.5mm but they also sell a 96, if the stock bore is 95.5 would the 96 mm still fit? What would the differences be and what, if any difference would a .5 mm make? would I have to bore out the cylinder?
Also what other things would be smart to include besides the pistons. I am going to turbo it either shortly after of i might do it right with the swap...
Thank you in advance for any info...

so if i decided to buy the 96mm i would just have to take my block to a machine shop and have it bored .020 over, but i other than that it shouldn't affect anything else?
Im just want to know for sure that .5mm difference and a .020 bore will work, i will try and contact tilley if i can or arias...
.020 bore is correct... now debating whether its worth building the motor or just running off stock internals with stock 3.0 ecu and a j&s...

Depends on your whp goals IMO...if it is over 500whp, build the VQ35. Otherwise, just do the ARP rod bolts.
You definitely want the .020 overbore pistons, since your block will be used. People who sleeve the blocks can choose to go with stock bore. Also, you might want to take the pistons to the machine shop so they can bore each cylinders to the spec wall clearance for each particular piston. At least that's what I'm told, but it could depend on the Arias quality.

in my thread in the TC/SC forum i decided to use stock internals with a my 3.0 ecu and a j&s to retard more timing if needs be... I want to achieve daily driving 400 whp goals 450 on the track, and the stock internals should handle it and at 8-9 psi i will be close to 400 with the vq35
what i think should be conserned that even if i can make that power, will everything else hole up... transmission, axles, etc... i think i will do the swap and turbo it and this shall be a great experimental summer for the max!
