I'm currently doing a DEK swap and am needing help with hooking the vacuum lines up for the soleniods (EVAP/EGR/MAP). For the brown sensor (MAP) one of the nipple is hook to the APS(nipple A), the other to a vaccum source (nipple C) but the third (nipple B),I dunno where it goes... in the FSM it says it goes to the IM collector thur gallery A or Air duct. So me being stupid with FSM terms, does it get routed back to the IM thru another vacuum source?



Since I'm not using the 4th gen galleries which is what the FSM says the third nipple is connected to, I dont know what to do with it. any help would be appreciated.





I broke the brown soleniod for the ma/baro sensor while putting the motor in, anyone have a oem part number? How much are they?

 

one is ambiant air (between the maf and tb) the other is vacuum. the last one is goes to the map sensor. as far as the exact spots they go i always forget. i could go check my car if you needed.

i think i have one of the solenoids if you need it.

 

does the ambient air nipple apply to the all three solenoids? MAP/EVAP and EGR? I'm interested on on the solenoid if you have one, how much??

 

Does coolant still get ran to the EGR? I'm waint on a guide tube from the dealership and I didnt see a place for it to hook up to.
