3.5 swap question

cant we just buy the 3.5 block and drop our heads and intake and all acc. on the block without changing much. i thought it was stroked and our heads would bolt to it. sorry if i am a dumbass.

Why go through all that trouble and just use a mechanically complete VQ35, instead of having to take the heads off the old engine etc...

VQ35 heads > VQ30 heads
