Weird Limiter Problem: EU

Weird Limiter Problem: EU

I'm working on getting my a/f in line, and all of the sudden I'm having the problem of my car not going past 5000rpms. It's not like a fuel cut (with the popping noise), it's more like something else. I have the EU datalog for those who would like to examine what is going on.

Things that I've recently done to my car recently that could be associated with this problem:
Took my TCU off (I'm a 5spd convert)
I started playing with my fuel maps, and have the a/f target map in operation (I tried turning these off, but that didn't work)
Have NOT touched IGN maps, but I'm getting an EU error code (IGN) when comparing data. Mabye this could be a wiring problem?
MAF wire from EU came disconnected somehow, that was fixed

My crank/cam wiring isn't hooked up correctly, but it has been this way ever since I got the EU, and I never had this problem before (I know the timing is f'ed up in the datalog, but I'm not worried about timing yet, just fuel).

Any help is appreciated.

Is that chip loose inside the EU?

Make a new EMU file and see if it helps.

Wiring was all good. I think I solved my problem. I just installed a carputer, so the EU software was version 1.09, while the firmware version was 2.0...they were conflicting with each other somehow, and now all seems good. I will know for sure if this fixed the problem tomorrow.
