What do you think??
I was thinking today about the manifold for the 3.5. I have both a stock and gutted one. I enjoy the top end gain from the modded one but hate the lost of torque, so i came up with this. The stock manifold makes more power up until about 5.5k rpm, so how about hooking up a harlan switch and setting it at 5.5k rpm and having the butterfly re-open at 5.5krpm. So what do you guru's think? I THINK this will eliminate low-end torque lost and still yield some top-end gain. I going to dyno tune today, if there is time i will try it out.

Though this was done on a VTC-less A32, the concept is still viable.

I still have my RPM switch for my A32 MEVI, maybe one of these days I can go play with different settings.

Sorry for bringing back this old thread but now that i have a Z I've been learning about the aftermarket products for it. Has anyone tried a crawford plenum or an aps plenum on their max?
