3.5 swap: car running rough

I finally got the car running today. So I check this and that before I take off for test drive. It revs fine in neutral, but when I drive it on the road, it kind of bogs and it doesn't have any power. I assume it's misfiring, but not really sure about it. If it is indeed misfiring, what should I check? I'm gonna go check the code first then see what codes show up.

UPDATE:
here's the codes I got after test driving
0205 - IACV circuit failed
0305 - EGR Temperature Sensor or Circuit failed
0803 - MAP Sensor failed
0807 - EVAP Canister Vent Control Valve failed
0905 - CPS(POS) fault or signal plate damaged
1005 - EGR Solenoid Valve Failed
1008 - EVAP Canister purge volume control valve failed
1302 - MAP Solenoid Valve failed

I really shouldn't be worried about other codes than 0905 - CPS(POS) fault or signal plate damaged. Do I need MAP sensor & Solenoid connected for car to operate correctly?
I am going to just change the CPS to see if that will fix it. Sad thing is that my clutch line has a leak somehow, so I will need to change that also

test the CPS sensor, swap with a working one just to be sure. Use a multimeter to check the resistance of it.

Did you clean the Sensor as well? I remembe when I was about to re-install mine, there was a lot of build up, and deposits on it.

I did clean it before I put in. I guess I'll just take it out and clean it again.
but how can my car start with CPS code if my CPS is bad? ECU have to see voltage coming from CPS sensor to send voltage to coils, isn't it?
Also I test drove it for about 15 minutes and is it enough time to ECU to detect misfire and throw misfire code? Hopefully it's not a timing issue, opening up that timing cover is gonna be PITA

question.. did you turn your crank a few revolutions with the timing chain covers off, to see if the chain would jump a tooth? also have you looked at misc items, ie fuel pressure, all coils firing, and all injectors running?

I got my fuel pressure hooked up so that I can see the gauge while I'm driving the car. I've notice that my fuel pressure jumps up to around 60 psi right after bogging. Also my fuel pressure will not go beyond 44 psi. It went up to 51 psi last night, but today, it won't go past 44 psi, eventhough I adjust the FPR. I do not have any leak on the fuel line.

Questions:
1. How do I check if all coils are firing? I checked resistance on all six coils and it was within factory spec.

2. How do I check all the injector's are firing? Resistance are checked on all fuel injectors and it was within factory spec also.

3. I have 0905 code which is CPS(POS) fault or signal plate damaged. Can this cause my car to bog?

keep in mind that my ECU isn't throwing any misfire code and it revs fine when tranny is in neutral. I appreciate all your helps
