Building up a 5spd transmission

In a few months, my 5spd transmission will be cracked open to install a Quaife LSD. While it's open and off the car, what else should I replace if I want it to ultimately handle about 450whp?

I would, if I were you, buy a different manual trans, have it cracked open and inspected, then send all the gears to have shop peaned and cryo-treated. Get the gears back and have them installed with all NEW nissan bearings and your new diff. Then install it and sell the trans thats in your car. Im really thinking of doing this but im still iffy about it

I might see if our tool room can make me a set of straight cut gears and deburr them before I send them off to be shotpeened and cryo-treated.
