3.5 swap flexplate pin hole....
3.5 swap flexplate pin hole....
On the part of the 3.5 where the flexplate/flywheel bolts up there is the circle of bolts and then a little alignment pinhole. On the 3.5 flexplate there is a hole in the flexplate for this PIN to go into, there is also this hole on the 3.0 flywheel. This hole does NOT exist on the 3.0 flexplate though..do i have to drill for this?
trying to wrap this swap up and get the motor and tranny installed this weekend. All i really have left to do is get the accessories belted up, attach the flexplate and transmission, the fuel situation, and make my adaptor plate for the PF TB.
thanks guys.
off the home depot for some bolts and nissan for some hoses, auto store for fluids and filter. will respond from my sidekick

Oh I figured someone was gonna say just drill a hole in the flexplate. I'm gonna 5 speed swap soon if it makes a difference.
[QUOTE=Nismo3112]You can grind that down. Not important for your swap.[/
