DEK Swap

DEK Swap
Hello guys.
I have searched, and im not sure if maybe im just using the wrong words or theres just not one definative thread that has all the info. I have found tons of info on the 00vi swap, unfortunetly im not to concerned about it.
My 195,000mile old VQ30 in my 98 maxima 5mt is leaking from the inner timing cover, valve covers and rear main seal. It sounds like the car is a POS but its just the engine lol. Anyways i recently discovered it is my inner timing cover, and i dont feel im ready mechanically to take on a job like that, and nissan charges 27 hours for it, and at 55$ an hour thats already 1500. Plus parts and its about around 1800. Well the DEK's in my area are about $1000. Not sure why there so pricey compared to the ones in the states lol. I think swapping an engine is something i could probably handle my self, its just tearing apart the engine im not very confident in.
Alright enough background info. Heres the question(s):
1. From what i gather the sensors i need to retain from the DE and use on the DEK are : cam position sensor, throttle position sensor and the coolant log sensor. The rest of them i can use the DEK sensors? Also i need to use the bell housing from my DE?
2. What id need is: obviously the VQ30DEK, IACV plate, RPM switch. Is that all? What else would be necessary?
3. From what i gather what else i need to do is remove and jb weld the swirl valves, swap evap system? and rewire the injectors?
4. I have all the basic hand tools, and at my work i have access to some specialty ones. But what specifically would i need?
Also if i get a DEK what should i check before hand.
Thanks for the replies and help.
Chris
