Holy crap, I can't believe ya'll are paying way less than $1g for a 3.5 motor. Are you guys getting better prices thru negotiation? I've been looking at 04+ motors no cheaper than $1700 here in the Pacific NW (unless it's a "HARD HIT" for $1100, which seems risky)

soo far for me...

$250 for the BLOCK itself w/3,000miles
$250 for the UPPER/LOWE IM fuel rail,tb, and all the stuff that comes along with it.
$160-$220 for all the 6 coils

betweent $600-$700 is not bad I think...
I think you end up spending more on all the extra performance parts...
flywheel
clutch
exhaust
etc...
