So was the final verdict oil pressure, or crank vibrations?

I just dropped a rev up pump in my motor....

This thread is from the first engine, with the stock 3.0 DE pump. My current one isn't seized.

How high are you going to rev? What flywheel and crank pulley are you running?

Well, it's a boosted app. so I'm keeping the rock Rev limiter.

I got a lightweight unorthodox flywheel, and stock crank pulley. A V2 is going on it.

The rev up pump should be fine with that setup and rev limit.

Hey dandymax, hows the new engine working with the revup oil pump? is the a significant increase in oil pressure?

If the guy whos supposed to pick up my 4th gen I'm selling, doesn't pick it up, I will part it.

Since the motor is blown, I figure it would be fun to pull it and analize it.
It has a blown head gasket, or thats what the previous owner said.
