NX rpm window switch

hey i have the nx rpm window switch for my variable intake on my dek swap. my question is that it isn't opening anymore and i found a black wire just coming off the nx box and was wondering if that was suppose to be connected to a ground on the ecu or something? All the other wires and connected so that is the only thing that i can think of.....

I don't have that switch, but my first logical thought would be to refer to some type of schematic for that switch, reference my set-up to that schematic, and go over it a couple of times.

i found the reason, there was a black wire going into the ecu that had a piece of the sheath missing so i wrapped the wire from the window switch around it and wallllaaa.

Ok so the switch wasn't grounded properly. In any case, this thread feels so out of place that I don't know what to do with myself.

Therefore, by default, lock gets the square!
