almost done with my 3.5! Couple Issues
I need some input from those who have done this or may have an answer
A) My fuel pressure drops a good 15psi at WOT. So when i have it set at 52psi at idle, with or without vacuum to the fpr it give it a good amount of gas i see my gauge jump down a lot....Seems like a fuel pump upgrade might be in order but i was under the impression the stock one could support the 3.5's fuel demands.
B) My clutch slips like crazy. Spec stage 2, maybe 2k miles on the thing, flywheels been resurfaced recently. I am hoping that it might just be air in the lines, because i do not smell any burnt clutch whatsoever
other then those 2 things i just have a lil oil leak from the vias soleniod, stupid intermitent rattling that i still cant figure out where its coming from, but i am confident its not anything serious, and my damn hood wont fit because of the way i made my throttle cable bracket

A- the stock pump CAN feed a 3.5, I upgraded mine to a Walbro190 for my own peace of mind. Perhaps you have a crappy FPR that cant hold pressure. My original Greddy ebay knock off did the same thing, then all of a sudden it got stuck at 75psi. I upgraded to a Fuelab AFPR and it works perfectly.
B- Thats weird that its slipping with just that many miles. I have 11k on mine and never slipped. Could you accidentally have forgotten to clean the surface of the FW after installation?

Any clutch slippage issues should first be addressed by attempting to adjust the engagement point of your clutch pedal. It can make a world of difference if your pedal is out of adjustment severely enough.
