Does anyone know where I can get the "E-Manage Support Tool," either for a cheaper price or maybe free download somewhere?

you can either get the greddy one which was $120 last I checked or Simon's which is like $60, but simon's clone cable sometimes take some work to get it working. it took me a long time to get it working, though it was like 3 years ago so i can't really remember the specifics of what i had to do.

So I got the program for free and now all that is stopping me is a stupid "special" cable?!

Guess I'll have to buy the kit then
I purchased the Simon cable for $40 shipped and spent probably 10 hours trying everything I knew to get it to work. Completely frustrated, I sent my main unit to GReddy and had them test and load the newest firmware thinking that was the problem. I got it back and still no luck. Funny thing is, I stumbled upon the solution to my problem, I plugged my DB9 to USB converter into one USB port, and my Simon USB to USB cable in another port, and it works like a charm. Don't ask me why, but I'm not going to spend any more time trying to figure it out when the work-around seems to be working without any problems.
