flywheel question

I've posted in here because I would like a solid answer from the maxima elite. Mods, please allow this.

I have my flywheel off and wasn't able to remove the friction plate from it as the fastners just weren't having it. I used my drill press to drill the heads off the fastners on the removable side of the wheel. On a couple of the holes there was a small amount of material that was removed fromt he flywheel itself. Can anyone speculate as to weither or not this unit is going to skake my motor apart now? Can I have it balanced somewhere? Or should I not worry?

thanks guys.

yeah.. I guess I forgot to do that when I OP'd. sorry.

There are 3 spots where you can see it in this photo, they are the worst ones, there are a couple others that aren't as bad.

Anytime a flywheel is modified in any way the balance should be checked.

Garland and Sons in Scarborough does dynamic balancing.

Bring the pressure plate (sans clutch disc) bolted to the flywheel when you go.
