anyone have some vq35 lifters laying around?

well i am in need of some lifters after using the feeler gauge to check clearances for the new cams and a few of the lifters are a little too tall...

Anyway, the lifter sizes are on the underside of the lifter.

I'm looking for:
four (4) - 814U
two (2) - 816U
one (1) - 818U

Let me know,
Thanks and Merry Christmas!
Matt

Edit, I know this might not be the exact place to post this but i figure more people look in here that have engines torn down and know what i am talking about, if there is a problem please let me know and just move it.

Well, the vq35 does not have lifters. It does have cam buckets though, which you should just order from Dave B.

lifters/cam buckets, same difference, you obviously knew what i ment... point being, does anyone have any spares lying around? I am calling DaveB tomorrow about head bolts and 350z HG's... i am trying to see if i can save myself some loot as each lifter.cam bucket will probably cost 20-30 a pop, so $140-$210, not cheap

If you REALLY want to be picky, the correct term is "bucket tappet".

I have some spares, but they're rusted.
