help 3.5 swap

need some help one of my friend has a 3.5 6speed from a 2006 maxima and wants to install it into his 4th gen, but wanted to know if its any different from the 3.5 from the 03 maxima to swap it into the car.

No. It just has EGR, which the 02-03 engines dont. All swap stuff still applies
