More 3.5 problems

So i finally had to to go finish the swap and now more problems. I put a new battery in and i think it reset the alarm which is an aftermarket and I no longer have the key fob for. Is it possible that it could cut fuel and ignition? It will crank but no fuel or spark.

It could, but the chances of it disabling the car by that method is very unlikely.

Getting signals from the appropriate CPS/CKPS? Without those, you'll have the same symptoms you describe (IIRC).

There are no codes for either of the sensors so im not sure. I was think the same thing, I guess ill just have to get a scan tool hooked up and see what the PIDs look like and go from there.

Take out the Alarm and try again? Another thing COULD be a bad computer. I know that with improper install and removal of the battery can do that. Thats what happend on my v8 swapped jeep.
