DR Mod w/ VB Mod?

I have a Maxxtuning VB currently installed. Would adding a DR help my WOT shifting also? I'm pretty sure the VB doesn't allow full pressure. Would it be worth the $2 to do the DR mod by already having a VB?

I was thinking of doing this- transgo kit with DR mod... I dont think it would hurt anything as long as you put the DR on a WOT switch. I cant imagine the gains would be very much but for $2 there's no harm in trying.

How is the maxxtuning VB? does it make a noticable difference? I didnt know that there was any besides the transgo...

It was for the 5.0 gens made awhile ago. I've had it for 2 years, so to be honest, I can't even remember what stock felt like, but the shifts are harder, however they lightened up once I put the tranny cooler in.

The DR mode will give you quicker shifts because its max line pressure. VB mod is a waste of money unless you just want quicker shifts at part throttle.

Well my VB was free, swapped my stock with someone who was selling there's locally. So it's safe to assume neither will affect eachother in a negative way. I'll check Source for a WOT switch and work on it this weekend. Too bad I can see the pics anymore on the links I found for location of the drop resistor.
