possibly a new oovi idea (need input)

OK I just want to kno if either of these sensors will work on the 00-01 throttle body.In the first pic the part in the yellow circle came from the side of whats in the red circle which i think its the evap canister, the brown plug is from the 4th gen iacv and it bolts right up so give me some input on this .i dont think anybody has ever tried this before.

Yeah was just messing around with some parts and i notice that they both bolt up flush with the throttle body just like the original iacv. And if u pulled the connector and some how made alil slack in the harness it would fit the brown connector

to save you all the trouble...

IT FITS.... BUT IT DOES NOT WORK... tried it back in 06..

only the 00-01 00vi and 01-02 PF IACV will work.. after setting the idle screw/tps calibration

Idle screw that stops the TB plate? Which TPS did you use?

is it possible to adjust you idle with moving your tps to a non-stock position, say like 550ohms at close?
and the idle screw on the TB plate?
