4/5th gen headers vs 6th gen headers?

Im just wondering if anybody has any comparison pics between two, there are equal length 6th gen headers going for much much cheaper then the 4th and 5th gens and im planning on doing my custom header&exhaust pretty soon so something cheap to hack up would be ideal. But my main question is fitment, is it because the crossmember is in the way or something painfully simple.

Crossmember location is different. Obviously the flange will be the same. I would also venture to say that the primary tubes will be at least similar. Pics would be immensly helpful

I can get pics of 6th gen headers. Like a retard I purchased 6th gen headers (altima headers actually) not realizing that 6th gens and altimas have a different crossmember. In fact if anyone wants some 6th gen/altima V6 headers I've got some I'll let go cheap.

the two manifolds will pretty much bolt on but the entire y pipe section will have to be modded to fit. It basically sits in the same spot as the the crossmember on the a32 and a33 chassis.

If you have the ability to make your own y pipe the cost can be justified. But if not, your gonna have to spend a few bucks to have a shop weld one up for you. Might as well get the obx equal length ones IMO.

The crossmember is the main issue and probably the alignment to the cat. converter. The Altima/6g's have a cradle instead of our CM.

This has been discussed. The rear header flange needs to be relocated and a custom "y"-pipe needs to be made.

I purchased my cheap ebay Altima headers for $122. Then, I spent $300 for a custom mandrel bent equal length Ypipe. I also had to shorten the RH header by an inch to get some more clearance to make the Ypipe. I knew no matter what headers and Ypipe I bought, I'd probably have to hack them up and make a custom Ypipe for my VQ35 engine swap.
