Revup or HR rod bolts work in DE?

Ok guys, I know the HR reves 75k and the Revup 71k, i plan on revving to 71k myself and was wondering if anyone knows if HR rod bolts and Revup rod bolts are better thatn the DE bolts. If so can I used the hr's or just the revups in the de rods?

dont have them, but if i cant get confirmation here, ill buy a couple and have them shipped to you. @ 3.89 each bolt, it sure beats paying 160 for arps which turns out to be 13.33 each

HR bolts won't work in DE rods unfortunately. ARP's and Revups are the only off-the-shelf upgrade options.

I would trust them in my motor up to 7500 RPM. Not 8k+ like the ARP's though. If the motor is already apart and I was on a severe budget, I might consider the revups. But if I had to install them with the motor still in the car, ARP's without a doubt.

well , if you think they are good to 7500, i dont plan on revving past 7100, unless the revup oil pump is up for the job? alot of the guys i have seen here have rod bearing failure when revving to 7200 in the 3.5s, but im wondering if its the pump or the rod bolts?
7500 would be awesome and id do it if it was safe to do so with the arps and the revup oil pump. bc im not sure the hr pump bolts in?

you think the revup bolts are up for the 7100k task? price diff is insane. and wtf is up with arp or everyone rather, i can get a chevy 16 rod bolt kit for almost 1/3 what a 12 pice set for a vq// wtf!!! vg set is less than, 55 bucks too... people need to stop buying them and force these stupid prices down.. im definitely considering the revups

I feel your pain and the reason why I have a built sb 355 and not a vq. You can get forged pistons, 4340 crank, I-beam rods, bearings and etc for 800.00 from Eagle. Now just pistons for a VQ are like 600.00 WTF

When I do build a VQ I will use as many factory parts as possible but got to figure out how to make the tranny stronger 1st

SBC parts are cheaper due to quantity...not boycotts.
