motor swap

I want to swap a de-k motor in my 97 but I want everything to work perfect! This is my first swap by myself and I need to kno what needs to get without short cuts. Ecu, wiring any all info is appreciated. Let's continue to make the org bigger and better.

There are swap threads detailing the process in various forums. Check all motor and your vehicles age group 4,5,5.5,6,7 gen and begin there

How hard is it to pull my 3.0 out. Wat parts do I need to remove. How to break da motor mount bolts

You need a cherry picker and patience unplugging all harnesses and hoses. As far as the motor mount bolts a long extension bar applied to the wrench worked after standing/jumping down on the bar. Just take your time, its not difficult to pull the engine just takes a certain attention to detail required
