3.5" maf & intake installed, Tuning issues

I made and installed a 3.5" maf & intake using the stock sensor. It drives around town with no issues, AFR is in 14s and 15s as it should be. The issue at hand is that I cannot get the AFR to change at WOT, not matter what fueling changes I make with the eManage Ultimate.

I am running de-k injectors. I adjusted the AFR in closed loop by adding 35% in the Airflow Adjustment Map. Now I've tried to adjust the AFR at WOT by reducing the % in Airflow Adjustment map as well as pulling fuel in the Injector map, and the AFR STILL will not climb above 11s for a majority of the power band.

However, I have no issues adjusting the AFR above 6500rpm, fuel cut is set at 7100.

I'm not sure what to try next, short of reinstalling the stock maf and seeing if the issue persists.

Pics cause everyone likes pics.

This is with said maf & intake with a DA of 4500. (Best actual time is 14.5@97 w/DA of 1700 and stock MAF)

Yes I am planning to dyno by March at the latest. I want to get this tuning issue sorted out before hopping on the dyno. No sense in forking out the cash if I can't even get my AFR dialed in beforehand since I can easily do that on the street. And I want to spend the dyno time comparing the stock maf and 3" intake vs. my 3.5" maf and intake.

Interesting that it allows adjustment after 6500 RPM. I'm thinking it's got something to do with the stock IPW/INJ map.

Whatever is done to extend the rev limit might be the key to get it to act right before then. Maybe try one or the other (airfl % or injector control, not both ) I'm speaking out of my exit because I have no real experience with EMB/EMU so, grain of salt.

4500 DA is FTMFL.

I tried adjusting them independently without success.

Agreed. I didn't check the elevation until I was already there. 3000 ft

Just remembered that I never did scale the fueling for the larger de-k injectors, I'm going to give that a shot.

it is weird tho. since you're tuning in ms you should be able to tune -20ms which should definitely lean you out. I didn't really have any problems when I went to BBMAF. What i did notice tho sometimes I had to re-export and restart the emu program.

What does the datalog say? Datalog a run with injector Duration and adjustment value showing. I ran into an issue that whenever I wanted to subtract on the datalog it jumped up and wouldn't show the subtraction, i think it doens't do that anymore tho.

What airflow type are you using within the EU? Do you have it set to VQ30DET still?

Oh ok, I didn't know the limit and didn't want to keep pulling fuel and then screw something up. It was at -3.4 but I couldn't go above 80 mph on the freeway with it set like that. I pulled over, set it back to 0 and then freeway driving was fine. I'll try pulling some more fuel in the I/J map and see whats up.

Here's my datalogs and settings file. IFO @ SIR.zip - 265 KB

Yup. VQ30DET, Hotwire, NS_HW-2.
