Are you using that permatex thr right stuff one minute gasket? I went back and was reading NWP's Spacer installation instructions and it said if your car is boosted over 6PSI use Permatex the right stuff one minute gasket maker. Looks like I have to get some of this stuff.....Read some reviews and doesn't look like you have to wait one hour like the other permatex stuff.....just seals and cures in one minute.

Got the pictures. How many adapter flanges would need to be produced ? A rough ball park number would be nice.

I have a build DEK engine, so having a better IM with a 3.5" TB would be absolutely awesome. I would be in but I need this to bolt on to my DEK LIM.

after reading the my350z custom intake manifold fiasco, I hope spark's manifold will succeed, the maxima needs a more plenum volume over its stock intake than the 350z does IMO. Also heres the link to anyone who missed it, on the 350z forums http://my350z.com/forum/intake-exhau...-de-motor.html

as it stands i had one elbow in for some....modifications....

Needless to say the machine shop has stacked another week wait time on getting it back so i cant send the one that is currently on my ssim to vas, until i have the one that ellison is holding onto currently.

I have made a template for him for the tb as well. All i am waiting on is the new one to come back from the machine shop. He said i will have it before my next tuning session saturday *Next saturday*.

Essentially should show if a gutted elbow and 75 mm, will provide...

My understanding is that vas said under a hundred.

I dont need one any longer, but i can forward the elbow to you tommorrow vas. I also did a trace on plexi for the 09 tb mounting plate.

The machine shop took ALOT longer than they were supposed to on my spare, which i still dont have in hand, but he said tonight.

if he stands by his word ill shoot it out in the mail to you tommorrow vas.

That stuff is serious. I almost gave up on removing an intake manifold that was sealed with it. It took me a minute to finally pry it off.

To fit the throttle body a local shop added a 1 inch aluminum plate and ported the intake elbow to a smooth ~78mm opening. We then drilled the mounting holes and helicoiled it to mount the tb.

my maf setup is a 3.5 inch pipe from Ray with a maf adapter block welded on then powdercoated. Made about 15hp at redline since hills garage bumped my rev limiter back, and 3.7 peak hp

I paid John Sparks 420 + paypal fees.

He has still yet to pay me back and keeps claiming to be broke. I am filing a claim with paypal and any help you guys can give me getting my money back is appreciated. He stopped responding to my txts & emails.

He has had my money for 6 months.
