So i live in Ga where they require an emissions test. My OBD port when i bought the car last week was working and was able to pull a mass air flow sensor code off of it. After the emissions place my OBD port has no power to it anymore. Any suggestions??

 

Check the FSM for the wiring chart. I actually have most of the wires identified and the corresponding FSM pages for a 97 on post 2 on this thread (convient eh?):

You should be able to trace the power wire back to the fuses or the battery and trouble shoot it. M63 and M2 are tied together on a 97 to troubleshoot different things for the consult.
