Tools Needed for a VQ Motor Disassembly.

I know the basic ones... eg 10mm, 12mm....

But what is the correct tool for removing the head bolts??? It's a star shaped deal.....

And are there any other special tools needed?

Figured there need to be a thread on this, I know I can probably find it in the FSM but a thread would be more beneficial to all.

Thanks!

For my headbolts I used a 10mm hex bit socket and breaker bar. My hb were not star shaped, but the main bolts were and it called for the E14 size socket, someone on here clarified that for me, I think bamboomerang. Hope that helped. Also, everything else was just basic box wrenches and sockets. A pry bar or flat head screwdriver for separating things like the oil covers.
