Looks like a clean ride.

Great job on the swap! What ECU and throttle body are you using? What's your exhaust setup?

I am currently using my stock 99 ecu with a pathfinder throttle body. Headers with ypipe and straight pipe all the way back

How you manage to do that it was a known fact that 99 ecu won't work unless it was a swap with an 95 ecu 🤔🤔 maybe a pin bypass the ecu pins to make it work stock harness also ???

I never had an issue with my 99 computer and I had in the 2007 motor before this one. I did not change anything at all.

Nope, definitely not a fact.
99's have trouble extending the rev limiter with the emanage, but you can still run a 3.5 on 3.0 timing with 99 ECU as rich mentioned. 99's can also be more sensitive if you remove emissions components.
More difficult? Yes. Impossible? no.
