I am not to sure about the pre-outs, but my guess is NOT. Why would they? nissan would be spending more money for no reason and having the amps next to each speaker is basically the same idea. Here is smoething that i will do in a few montsh> I know it works, cause my buddy and i just did it in his car. here is what to do
Splice, and solder your rear speakers...this involves getting real personal with the trunk, get those 2 wires, and no get a little converter, not to advaced, and with the converter, u get your 2 RCA's. With that plug the converter's "new rca's" into your amp. Wiht teh amp, running well i ran a 4g. power cable back to your amp. Pretty basic wiring...

re-cap. Take wires from speakers--> to converter--RCA--> into the amp---> the sub wires---> in subs
Power-simple, fun from battery-->firewall-->fuse-->amp
and u are basically done.
1 word of advice....splice the wires BEFORE the factory amps....thereofre u won't lose out on frequencyv
