Hi-
I have a 91 maxima se with Bose system. I decided to replace entire system. I ran into a problem installing 4x6s in front door panels:

There are 4" factory speakers in the front door panels in ported black plastic enclosures. I took out the entire enclosures. I was able to order yellow plastic mounting brackets/enclosures (original Nissan parts). I believe these would have come factory installed on the same year vehicle WITHOUT bose system? Anyway, they fit perfectly into the "hole" in the door and screw holes line right up. The problem is that the 4x6 speakers I ordered fit into these brackets, but the screw holes don't line up. They seem to be off by 1/4 or 1/2 inch. I bought these brackets thinking it would be the easiest way (i.e. I wouldnt have to make my own).

Does anyone have experience with these brackets and putting 4x6 inch speakers into them? By the way, the speakers were PIONEER TS-A4667
