Those with "V" shape box threw aremrest....

I am consitering doing this. But I realy want to know how it will sound. I listen to a lot of dance music, but sometimes want to bump DJ Magik mike or 2Pac. I like the sound of a sealed box, that is what I have now.but its rear firing, I want to try and get more to the cabin. any suggs would be app. thanks

My homepage has a couple of pics of mine, I need to take more. I listen to mainly techno and also have mine ported through the rear speaker holes and can tell you it sounds great. I use Digital Designs subs which from everything I have read work better in a ported box. Also people on here have told me that putting a seperator between the two subs will increase the output since they aren't firing at each other, the best suggestion I got was plexiglass. It would be kind of difficult for me to put one in cause my fuses are sitting in the bottom of where the speakers come together so I have good acess to them. I don't have any complaints with the box. By the way, I don't know if you plan to have it done by a custom installer or not, but mine was all done by myself, I need to know what and where everything is and how it comes apart.

I thought you had 10's.

No matter what though, it gives good SQ from the speakers with this kind of box, at least in my opinion.

I think he had dual 12" infinity perfects, then replaced with dual a/d/s 10" drivers. For some interesting info on speaker placement, I would give a link but just realized I can't access it with IE. Just got my cable modem hooked up and my service isn't compatable with my favorite netscape - where I have all my links saved.
