Rear speakers

Rear speakers..HELP!!

I was just curious on how the hell you get the rear speakers out! Me and my frien tried to get that stupid grill off for like 20 min, and I am still unsuccessfull. What gives?

You have to remove the back seat. For the bottom part there are two clips underneath in the front that just pull forward and then it pops up and out. For the back of it there are two screws on each side of the seat, and two more inside the ski hole, after you remove that little cover. After the back of the seat is out you have to CAREFULLY remove the side plastic pilars, these tend to crack very easily. After doing that, then the whole rear deck will lift out. There are many clips holding it in, mostly in the front, so pop them up first.

Then you are all set! Just reverse to put it back together.

Thanks Don, I kinda figured the rear deck might have to be taken out, but the back seats...ouch!

i learned this the hard way and yanked the grills off without taking the deck out... It'll rip the screws through the rear deck and looks like shiet
