Box Type for Alpine Type R's

I have a pretty nice bandpass box that came with my Audiobahn subs and I want to keep it. Anyone know how Alpine Type R's sound in a bandpass box? I have only heard them in a sealed box...too cheap to buy a new box also, haha.

thanks,
PJ

If you use a bandpass it will need to be custom. Log in to Alpines tech section and download the pdf for your subs. Then you can cut and paste the info here for opinions. Or you can use alpines opinion on the best enclsure type.
