RF MP3 head unit pics anyone?

Im looking to get an RFX-9300 or 9400 head unit and would like to see what it would look like in a 5th gen max. Ive tried to search but with no avail...if anyone out there has a pic of this setup or something close to it i'd like to see how it looks.

RF Pic's

I'll send you something by early next week; I need to get the pic's out of my digital camera. I love my RF 9400(got it from Ubid for $169 plus shipping, how could I resist!), but I'm not crazy about the whole look actually. The factory look is certainly more integrated. I got the Scosche kit for $8.95 from Sound Domain and it looks good as it's painted the matching gray metallic color and has a pocket. Some people like the pocket, I don't. I may stick my EQ in there someday. I also bought the PAC SWI-X from the ClubGP web site for $57 so I could keep the steering wheel controls; this works well.

I think it looks good. Not a bad addition visually and a great addition electronically

Well I hope that helps in your decision. The RF 9400 is a great piece. It has high volt preamp outs so this helps with a good signal to noise ratio floor. It's got front, rear, and sub pre-outs so it's easy to configure. It plays MP3's very quickly between songs and plays any bit rate you throw at it.

What I don't like are:

-detachable face is hard to pull off
-only 16 char MP3 display which it truncates sort of funny
-volume **** is a little small, but the on steering wheel controls make up for that.

Like I said before I only paid $169 plus $18 S&H for a $350 unit so I couldn't go wrong. If I were to spend $350, I would probably carefully consider the pros/cons of different units.

As for asthetics, that's always subjective to the user. I just prefer black over silver and I'm not crazy about the pocket. But the Scosche adapter is great.
