Hey, I have a '98 I30 which should have the system factory alarm as the GLE. I was wondering if it's possible to make the horn beep along with the flashes when u arm and disarm a factory alarm. Would it also be possible to add aftermarket accessories to it like a remote start while using factory remote unit??

 

It is usually possible to add to the factory keyless entry, but in some cases you may lose your keyless entry while the car is started. Also your range will only be as good as your host unit (factory). Which is usually not so good, and over time gets worse.
