PM or talk to NY96Max, he installs car stereo's and he hooked my antena for my radio up to a switch to that it doesnt go up when the CD player is on but only when I need it for the radio.

Obviously Jay u have no idea. Most aftermarket radios have two remote powers. one is antenna and one is for amplifiers. if it does not then yes u do need to hook up a switch. what kind of radio are u using? I have delt with just about every radio out there. I also work at a stereo shop in CT.

Re: antenna question

All you have to do is unplug the antenna. Go to your trunk and just disconnect one of the plugs connected to the antenna. Sorry I can't be more exact, you'll figure it out it's really simple. I think there are a couple of plugs that go into the actual antenna motor, disconnecting one of them will stop the motor from going up at all.
