i put in my set of infinity kappa tweeters in the door...where the factory bose tweeters would be located. got it all mounted...wired...worked perfectly for a day...then all of a sudden the drivers side tweeter just stops working..no pops, no scratches, no nothing.

i thought it could have been the wiring. i checked it all...nothing wrong. i wired it into the door speaker. so i took the wiring down, and pulled the tweeter out to check and see if it would work in a stereo in the house...plugged it in...nothing.

so what i have is a tweeter that doesnt work. these tweeters have been siting in a bag for about 4 years in my house. i decided to put them in since they were just laying around.

what could have caused this? is there a remedy to fixing this tweeter? i just need some help on this matter. thanks!
