hi, i can give u some feed back the speakers are 350rms/sub and the amp is 250rms x 2 so ur sub would be able to handle more power but u can bridge the amp to 600rms x 1, u would get nice sound outa thatv esp with the bass boost controler, the memphis recomends that the speakers are put in a sealed box, or a vented... a thought would be to make a vented box that shoots through the center arm rest in the rear. hey if the price is good and u like them, go ahead. the speakers and amp are a good match, but me personally i would go for alot more power .... hope this helps

IMO only...Id stay away from both. I have dealt with, and still do deal with both (not by choice), and they are very low end. I would save a little more and go for something that is of better quality. I don't want to bring you down, but I also dont want to see you throw good money away for something you soon will not be happy with.

BTW MA Audio is also known as Mobile Authority. The word got around about Mobile Authority pretty much being junk, so they decided to try a new name...

Easiest way would be to give me a budget range, and I can try to fit something in there. I am not saying do not get the MA, I am just expressing opinion of many.
