Now that i have your attention:
I just bought two audiobahn 10" subs each with 50-900 watts. I now need to buy an amp and I am not sure what to buy. How many channels and how many watts do I need? anyone have any suggestions of a brand of amp that works well? thanks.

 

all depends on the subs u have and what r u looking for. I don't know what audiobahn's u have but u have to check what kind of ohm load u can run it. But if u don't want to worry about how many ohms u are running at, get a JL amp, that is what me and all my friends play. They just sound like they send out more watts than they say, plus as long as u wire your subs to run at 8ohms to .5 ohms, they will run the same amount of wattage. Though a JL 1000/1 is kinda pricey, (the cheapest i can find it is 800) it is probably one of the better amps on the market.
