4th GEN Speaker connecting harnesses - BOSE

I am talking about the actual harnesses that conct to the speakers. If I clip the harnesses off, which wires power the amp and which send the audio signals to the speakers? with my new aftermarket speakers, I will no longer need the amp wires, correct? I would appreciate any help or websites you can refer me to. Thank you.

if you are running aftermarket speaks with an aftermarket head unit you will need to rewire the speaker wire for the entire car...
