Antenna adapter for FM Modulator?

Will the following work if I want to connect an FM Modulator to my 2003 Maxima with the Bose system?

http://www.scosche.com/scosche/antennas/NDAK.asp

It is the Nissan antenna kit.

But what I don't understand is the FM modulator has an antenna in and antenna out, the kit above has the antenna in and then it gets doubled, so will one of the antenna wires not be used?

The antenna that goes into the system will hook up to the cable above, from that cable, two wires come up, i guess one will go to the antenna in for the FM modulator, but there is an extra wire left that confuses me..is it still used?

if u have the bose system in, you dont need the fm modulator. the fm modulator is only for installing aftermarket HUs. but if thats what you're doing then that's the part you need. go to sound domain
they sell it for cheap there. about $4.

I am actually trying to hook up my Navigation system to play throught the radio. I had an aftermarket Alpine Navigation system installed. I also hook up a DVD player sometimes and would like the sound to be played through the radio instead of the way I do it now, by hooking it up to my tape player with the casette tape adapter

If so..what brand is it? anything special done during the installation?

I want to install one but want to make sure it doesn't have humming noise...

to connect a fm modulator to stock radio you have to buy 2 fm diversity antenna adapters (i bought mine @ best buy for $12 each)...then from there is plug & play, except for tapping power for the fm modulator....i'm having a humming noise right now when i drive

I will go ahead and buy the 2 fm diversity antenna adapters...but does one of them need to be a reverse adapter?
