Im not sure if it is possible to get all that stuff for $500. If I were you I would just save some more money for some decent equiptment. If you save up im sure that you will be happier in the long run with some high quality equiptment. Just my .02

It really doesn't matter what car you put it in, except for fitting the box but you can always get that custom done to fit yours. My cousin has 2 MTX 12" subs and a 1,200 amp for $550. I wanna get the same system for my 95 gxe.

I'd go with some Boston Acoustics Rally series. You can get them for half the retail price on eBay. Sub...Image Dynamics makes a nice IDQ10 for really cheap. Bazooka and JBL make an affordable mono amp for the sub. If you're going with a 5-channel...I'd get a PPI.
$160 for the 4 Boston speakers
$80 for the IDQ
$??? for amp.

Image Dynamics IDQ12 Subwoofer - $75.
which amps should i get then?
it's either i get 2 amps(one for speakers and other for sub)
or 5-ch amp, right?
what 5-ch are available for this setup? or which 2 amps should i get?

For low cost good quality amps, I like US Acoustics and JBL. However neither make 5 channel models that I'm aware of.

For a good low cost five channel, I used to have an Orion CS500.5 that I really liked, also there are some models made by Alpine, MTX, Kenwood that are relatively cheap.

I also think you can do better for less than the Infinty's. For example the Diamond 3 series and Focal PolyFlex coax's can both be had for around $125/pair. Much better than the Infinity's IMO.

Finally, what do you plan to do for a head unit. Even if you use your factory head unit, all this really adds up quick and will probably put you over your $500 limit.

I have the Kappa's in 6.75". They do classical music really well, but they just don't do the midrange/low frequencies like other speakers. If I were to do my system over again, I'd swap out my rear Kappas for a set of Boston Acoustics Rally 6X9 and just custom them to fit the rear deck. My front Rockford Fosgate Fanatic Q's are really sweet though...very good mid-range/low, but I haven't tuned the tweeters just right yet. They just aren't balanced with the rest of the system yet. US Acoustics does make a 5-channel amp.
